<p>You can see <strong>thin brown parallel lines</strong> and <strong>white dots</strong> (the openings of the sweat glands). Thin lines, as opposed to thick lines, are usually good when it comes to acral sites. The very clear openings of the sweat glands are also reassuring. The lesion is a benign melanocytic naevus and follow-up is not required.&nbsp;</p>
