<p>The dermoscopic features include <strong>thick brown lines (black arrows)</strong>, <strong>irregular brown dots</strong> <strong>and clods (blue arrows)</strong>, and absence of the sweat gland openings. The presence of thick lines, as opposed to thin lines, on acral sites is usually a bad sign. The diagnosis is an acral lentiginous melanoma. </p>
