<p>Dermoscopically there are no features of a melanocytic lesion. The main features seen are <strong>scattered brown grainy clods</strong> (black arrows) consistent with a seborrhoeic keratosis. As you see from the dermoscopic algorithm the clods in a SK tend to be more scattered and grainy, whereas those in melanocytic lesion are more grouped and often appear smooth rather than grainy.</p>
