<p>A 59 year old lady was referred with a slow growing lesion on the right breast. Pale / skin-coloured lesions are some of the most difficult lesions to diagnose, but if you imagined the same lesion as brown then the diagnosis of a seborrhoeic keratosis with multiple fissures would be much more apparent. </p>

<p>Dermoscopically there are many aggregated skin-coloured clods, which is one of the most common patterns seen in pale SKs. In this type one often sees a single vascular pattern of looped-vessels within the clods, on this occasion only a few such vessels (on the right hand side) can be seen.</p>
