<p>The lesion viewed dermoscopically is generally featureless. The main structure seen is a <strong>well-demarcated continuous border</strong> in keeping with a harmless solar lentigo. Melanocytic lesions differ from solar lentigo in that they tend to have lines, networks or dots/clods at the periphery. </p>
