<p>Dermoscopically there are several well-demarcated, relatively large, purple clods (green arrows) in keeping with a harmless angioma.</p> <p>The presence of white structures in this particular case should not detract from the history of a relatively long-term lesion in which there are well-demarcated purple clods.&nbsp;</p> <p>Red, purple, and sometimes black clods, along with the absence of any melanocytic features, are highly likely to point to a diagnosis of an angioma.
