<p>Dermoscopically there are multiple <strong>well-defined large black clods</strong> consistent with an angioma. The clods seen in angiomas are often red, or purple-blue. However, an<strong> angioma is a little like a haemorrhoid</strong> - it can suddenly thrombose and turn black, as was the case with this patient.&nbsp;</p>
