<p>A 58 year old lady was referred with a one year history of a solitary lesion on the right breast. There was no recent growth and the lesion was not tender. What is the diagnosis?</p>
<p>Dermoscopically there are central yellow clods (looking like grapefruit segments) with peripheral crown vessels typical of a large molluscum contagiosum. </p>
