<p>The majority of the lesion is comprised of <strong>grouped white-yellow clods</strong> in keeping with <strong>sebaceous gland hyperplasia (SGH)</strong>. SGH is a common lesion, often multiple, found most commonly on the forehead and the cheeks. The main dermoscopic clue are grouped white-yellow clods. White-yellow clods can be found in a number of lesions, but it is the <strong>grouping of these clods that is the clue to the diagnosis of SGH</strong>. There is no reliably effective treatment for SGH - even with physical treatments such as cryotherapy lesions usually regrow.</p>
