<p>The lesion is full of colour - red, purple, black and some white. In addition there is a well-demarcated black clod (arrow). The features described point to a benign vascular lesion, and the presence of subtle scale (seen more clinically) and black are in keeping with a harmless angiokeratoma. </p><p>Copied with kind permission from South Tees NHS Foundation Trust. </p>
