<p>The clinical appearance is that of a seborrhoeic keratosis. What is interesting is the dermoscopic appearance of <strong>grouped skin-coloured clods</strong>, which is one of the less common presentations of seborrhoeic keratoses. In such cases one sometimes finds looped vessels within the clods. </p>
