<p>This lesion had been present for 15 years and had been checked on a number of occasions, including 6 months ago. He was eventually referred two weeks ago.</p>
<p>Dermoscopy shows asymmetry (to an extent of being chaotic), multiple colours, eccentric black and pink structureless areas, an atypical network (seen at the periphery) and many short white lines.&nbsp;</p>
<p>My committee colleagues at the Primary Care Dermatology Society undertake a huge amount of work, much of it unpaid, to help provide very high quality education for Primary Care Health Professionals, which in many areas is desperately needed.
